[review] Paul at Takashimaya

[food review] Paul at Takashimaya.

Actually went there after F1, with the crew people.
Yes, I limped there if you are wondering.
Am not going to be stopped when there's food waiting for me.

I was so damn happy to see the Macarons!
They are HUGEEEE!
I was on a budget though.

Paul a French patisserie, they do serve main dish too.

Tartelette Chocolat, $6.50
Chocolate cream tartlet

It's not too sweet so I really like it.
I am actually a tart person, I love the crust more than anything else.

Tarte aux myrtilles, $6.90
Blackberry Tart

I was lost for choices in which tart to order.
The crust was too thin, it's more like a pie I say.
Still, love the blueberry filling of it. Only if the crust is thicker and crunchier.

Cafe Surprise, $12.90
any coffee, tea or cappuccino served with a mini Crème brûlée, 1.2 moelleux chocolate slice, and two mini macaroons.

The Crème brûlée was awesome.
We had Earl Grey with it.

The crew just love Earl Grey, ONLY.

Croque-madame, $18.90
Turkey ham, Emmental cheese, cream, pain de mie topped with a fried egg.

Gaufre chocolat, $7.50
Waffle with chocolate sauce

This is AMAZING. It's even better than A&W :X
The texture and crunchiness of the waffle is just right.
It goes well with the chocolate sauce. I mean waffles can't goes wrong with chocolate sauce anyway.

I forgot to take note of this, but it was still nice enough.
NOTHING GOES WRONG WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE :P

Lastly, photos of friends and with friends.

This is me, with the bandaged knee from F1's fall.
