Health Drink

I recently saw this photo circulating on Facebook so why not share it with you guys?


With the weather going on this few weeks, people tend to get sick easily.
So why not keep your own vitamin drink and replenish yourself with vitamins as and when you need it.

It's really easy to make them.
All the flavours are stated above.

All Citrus - Lemon, Oranges & Lime
Raspeberry & Lime
Watermelon & Rosemary
Blackberry & Sage leaves
Pineapple & Mint

You just simple cut those fruits into slices or cubes.
Filled with PLAIN water.
It will be even better if it's filtered water.
Just place it in the fridge to chill it.
AND DRINK.

It's healthy and refreshing, and bring extra taste to your everyday plain water.
Not to worry about wasting the fruits, as you can eat them after drinking.
Plus, you can refill like up to 3 times and the taste and flavor will still be there.

I can't wait to try mine!
