PayLah! Hawker Food Trail

[advert]

Most Singaporeans are familiar with PayLah! I used it to transfer money to my friends and family and also to receive from them.
DBS PayLah! App can do so much more than sending and receiving money.

Stepping into the cashless society, it is now accepted at over 250 hawkers, including Michelin Bib Gourmand and Michelin guide awarded hawkers such as

  • Alliance Seafood
  • Depot Road Zhen Shan Mei Claypot Laksa
  • Rojak, Popiah & Cockle
Yes, Hawker centres not your shopping mall's food court.

I stay and work in the west area and am very glad to find that there are stores Taman Jurong Market & Food Centre, Alexandra Village Food Centre and ABC Brickworks Market & Food Centre accepts PayLah! for payment!
Infact, ABC Food Centre adopted a cashless payment method for all their stores, but do ask before payment if the individual store accepts.

It's really convenient especially for people like me who never keep track of the cash in the wallet and sometimes ends up cashless during lunch time. I really dread queueing up at the ATM as well or when it's not near at all. Thus, having PayLah! payment really save up sometimes plus it's effortless.

Simply just scan the QR code at the store, enter the amount and show the confirmation scene to the vendor and it's done!
Simple as that! You could even ask for a receipt if needed as well!

I tried it on a few stores at the few food centres.
